VIRÉ-CLESSÉ "L'Épinet"

Colour: Bright with pale green reflections.

Nose: Immediate and pleasant impression with a bouquet of hawthorn or acacia and broom, as well as notes of verbena, mint and fern.

Palate: Nice roundness. Rich and powerful, but with finesse and suppleness.

Its aromatic intensity suits poultry and stir-fried vegetables. It is also the ideal partner for cooked seafood. Cheeses such as Camembert will be enhanced by its slight spiciness, and goat's milk cheeses will also be ideal companions.

Ideally served at a temperature between 11 and 13°C.

Can be laid down in a cellar for 5 years.

Chardonnay
